A vignette airs in dark and ominous fashion featuring the NXT Women’s Tag-Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn. The two talk as dark imagery is shown, talking about tonight being their final stand on NXT before moving to SmackDown.

They address their last title defense later tonight against the former title-holders, Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. They close by saying they leave NXT not in the light, but in the darkness. They do some sadistic laughter and the video ends.

Now we see the reigning, defending NXT Women’s Tag-Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn walking the hallways and making their way towards the entrance towards the ring for our next match of the evening.

On that note, we head to another commercial break. When we return from the break, we see Kayden Carter and Katana Chance make their way down to the ring for our scheduled championship main event.

The two settle inside the squared circle and their entrance tune dies down. The theme for their opponents, the reigning and defending champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn plays to bring them out.

Both teams are settled in the ring. The lights go down and the ring announcer handles the formal ring introductions for this championship contest, first introducing the challengers and then the champions.

Before the bell sounds to officially kick off the main event, we see the champs attack the challengers. The brawl spills out to the floor. Back in the ring, the bell finally sounds to officially get this one off-and-running.

Fyre goes to work on Chance in the corner. She tags in Dawn, who picks up where she left off. Carter helps the two take over and after both challengers hit high spots from the ring to the floor on the champs, we head to a mid-match commercial break as the action continues.

When we return from the break, we see Chance taking it to Fyre in the ring as the fans cheer her on. We see a crazy Spanish Fly spot but the match doesn’t end there. Chance is taken out and Fyre and Dawn manage to score the win. Vic Joseph caps the match off by noting the NXT Women’s Tag-Team titles are headed to Friday nights.

NXT Women’s Tag-Team Championships: Fallon Henley & Kiana James vs. Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre

Once the social media check-in video wraps up, we return inside the CWC where the challengers and former champions, Fallon Henley and Kiana James, make their way out and head down to the ring for their return bout.

As they settle in their music dies down and the theme for their opponents hits and out comes the new defending champions, the demented duo of Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn. They settle in the ring and their ominous tunes dies down.

Now the bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this one. As the action gets going in the ring, we see the heel duo and reigning champions pull ahead. While they are dominating the action, we see on the big screen that Brooks Jensen has just arrived.

Jensen exits his vehicle and begins making his way into the arena looking all-business. After this, we see Henley and James start to pull ahead into the offensive lead. They hit a big spot on the floor and then we head into a mid-match commercial break.

When we return from the break, we see the action still in progress. James is being handled as we return in the ring and then we see her finally makes the much-needed tag to Henley. Henley comes in hot but ends up knocked down.

James is knocked out to the floor. We see Brooks Jensen hit the ringside area and try to bring the pocket book to James like he failed to do so last week, which cost them the titles. This time he refuses to let Josh Briggs stop him so he gets in and is scolded by Henley, who is pinned. Fyre and Dawn retain.

After the match, Brooks exits the ring upset and shoves Briggs down. He picks James up and helps her to the back.
